
Single Burger
Ingredients
Preheat the kamado barbecue to 180 degrees. Mix the minced beef with the cheese, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl. Press the mixture into the springform pan and press down to form a large hamburger. Remove the hamburger from the pan and grill for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked. Turn carefully halfway through.
Cut the Turkish bread in half and grill the halves for 2 minutes on each side. Top the bottom half with rocket, place the burger on top and top with tomato, mozzarella and basil. Cover with the top half of the Turkish bread. Cut into wedges at the table.
